VAT: shows the VAT detail for each item
Measurements: includes the measurements associated with the activities
Price analysis: includes the price analysis of each activity. If you want to export the price analysis only for some activities, you can choose them within the activity before proceeding with the export.
Choosing which price analyses to export
You don't have to export the price analyses of every item in the quote. For each item you can decide whether to include it in the exported document.
💡 This is useful when you want to keep internal cost items (for example, to calculate your margins) without showing them to the client in the final document.
To do this:
Open the quote
Click an item to open the detail panel on the right
In the Price analysis table, turn on the "For export" switch at the top right, next to the export icon
Once you've marked the items, decide how to show them in the document from the export page. Turn on the "Price analysis" switch in the Other settings section, then choose from the menu:
All items: show the client the price analyses of all items.
Current selection: show only the price analyses of the items you turned on with the "For export" switch.
Organize the items in the PDF according to the structure you prefer:
Super Categories
Categories
Sub Categories
‼️ The grouping options only become active on export if the quote's items have been organized into super, sub and categories.
PDF Attachments
You can enrich the quote with additional PDF documents, useful for including for example company presentations, technical reports, list of services, contract documents or other supporting documentation.
Two types of attachments are available:
Head attachments: PDF documents that are included at the beginning of the quote.
Tail attachments PDF documents that are added at the end of the quote.
To upload an attachment, click the + icon next to the desired section and select the file from your device.
